Recently, we explored how to embody your future self. Today, we’re going deeper by addressing the invisible blocks that might be keeping you from fully receiving the abundance you’re manifesting.
Here’s the breakthrough: abundance is always trying to flow into your life. But if you’re holding onto limiting beliefs, fear, or old programming, you’re creating energetic blocks that prevent it from reaching you.
What Creates Energetic Blocks?
- Fear of success or failure
- Unresolved emotions like guilt or unworthiness
- Limiting beliefs about money, business, or yourself
How to Clear Those Blocks:

Identify the Beliefs Holding You Back
Ask yourself: What thoughts come up when I think about manifesting my desires? Do you hear a voice saying, “It’s not possible,” or “I’m not ready”? Write these beliefs down—they lose their power when you bring them to light. -
Replace Them With Empowering Truths
For every limiting belief, create a new affirmation that reflects abundance. For example: Replace “I’m not ready” with “I am always ready to receive my desires.” -
Practice Emotional Release
Emotions like fear, guilt, or doubt can weigh down your energy. Take time to release them. This could be through journaling, breathwork, or simply allowing yourself to feel and let go. My Dream Life Blueprint is a great program for this. -
Create Space for Receiving
Look at your physical and energetic space. Is it cluttered with things, commitments, or people that no longer serve you? Clear what you can to make space for the new.
